There today, here er… tomorrow

Jason is a dirt track dynamo. He built the world’s best Harley XR1000 street tracker (to be featured in SB issue 2), then he built the world’s best modern Triumph street tracker (using a Bonneville Performance chassis, see SB 1). Then he and his mate Ian built a Yam SR to see if he could cut it on the track. He liked racing (or practising to race, at least), so he sold the SR through this here blog and bought this C&J Rotax from San Francisco.
The bike arrived in England yesterday, Jason assembled it in four hours and plans to race it at Buxton on Saturday.
Arrive in a crate Thursday, scrutineering less than 48hrs later…
Once he gets an idea in his head, he’s gone. He’s an inspiration to us all. Make your mind up and do it. It’s not about money, it’s about targets and desires. Don’t talk, do.
But if he beats me, I’ll never speak to him again. GI
